Warranty Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Parts purchased from Queenslandcruisers are warranted against faulty workmanship and manufacturing defects. This warranty applies between Queenslandcruisers and the original purchasing customer, and receipt of this invoice is regarded as acceptance of our warranty terms & conditions.

  2. This warranty provides for the replacement, or repair (by Queenslandcruisers or a repairer appointed by Queenslandcruisers), of any warranty part for the applicable period (see below for applicable warranty periods), and coverage commences on the purchase date regardless of the date of fitment.

  3. New Parts 12 months / 20000km

  4. Used Parts 1 month / No km limit

  5. Reconditioned parts 6 months / 10000km

  6. Warranty cover specifically excludes;
  • Labour charges by a third party
  • Consequential damage or costs
  • Consumables or replacement fluids
  • Towing charges
  • Freight costs
  • Demurrage or loss of income
  1. Warranty is void on parts that are incorrectly fitted, or fitted to a vehicle;
  • With non standard engine / drive train modifications
  • Used in any form of competition
  • Where lack of maintenance is evident

  1. Any claim for warranty must be made with the Manager of Queenslandcruisers by presenting the part and the original purchase invoice within the applicable warranty period. Any disassembly of component, without prior approval from Queenslandcruisers, voids all warranty.

  2. This warranty in no way reduces your rights under applicable Fair Trading / Trade Practice regulations.
