Warranty returns

New Parts

We offer 90 day warranty on all new goods purchased. Should an item be found to be faulty within this warranty period (subject to Manufacturer’s Warranty), we will endeavour to replace the faulty item and we will only issue a full refund should that item be unavailable.

2nd Hand/Used Parts

We offer a 30 day warranty on all used Engines, Alternators and Starter Motors.

All electrical parts are tested upon removal from vehicle before being sold and therefore no warranty or returns are offered on these items.

Reconditioned Parts

We offer 6 month or 10,000km warranty (whichever is sooner) on reconditioned gearboxes, transfers, diffs, power steering pumps and boxes. Some exclusions apply. Please contact us.

General Returns

Please ensure you take time to choose goods carefully as we only offer STORE CREDIT for any item returned because of change of mind. We also charge a 15% restocking fee, and do not refund any freight or delivery charges. Refunds will only be issued as store credit in the form of credit voucher and are valid for 3 months from date of issue. Credit voucher must be presented when claiming credit.

Please keep all receipts as no refunds or returns will be issued without a receipt.
